We enforce high standards of service to the client with objectivity and integrity and and with a high level of responsibility to the profession. It is our belief that the focus of ethical behaviour should be on the individuals who make up our firm, and not on only on our corporate face. We adhere to three fundamental areas of commitment – meeting the client’s requirements without exception, acting with integrity, independence, and objectivity; acting with absolute responsibility to the profession. We regard our clients’ interests as paramount – without exception. In formulating advice and recommendations, our organisation is guided solely by our objective view of the client’s best interests. We challenge the complex methods in which to incorporate a higher level of sustainability in our organisation – scrutinizing how, and why our organsiation does things, setting audacious goals, challenging our supply chain, Integrating sustainability into our business strategy and execution, we pride ourselves in having sustainability at the forefront of our credentials.

Philanthropy
With a view to defining common, shared rules within the Group for identifying corporate citizenship and philanthropy initiatives correlated with business operations, we hold a company embedded policy regarding activities that benefit various charities including the Brain Tumour Charity, and Children with Learning Disabilities Charities.

Ethics
We serve our clients with integrity, competence and objectivity whilst ensuring client information and records of client engagements confidential and will use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission. We will not allow conflicts of interest which provide a competitive advantage to one client through our use of confidential information from another client who is a direct competitor without that competitor’s permission.
We will accept only engagements for which we are qualified by our experience and competence and will assign staff to client engagements in accord with their experience, knowledge, and expertise – whilst, immediately acknowledging any influences on our objectivity to our clients and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement when our objectivity or integrity may be impaired.
The intellectual property rights of our clients are of paramount importance, and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission. We will not advertise our services in a deceptive manner and will not misrepresent the consulting profession, consulting firms, or sole practitioners.
